The name of this achievement comes from the wide-spread Ork belief that vehicles which are painted red will "go fastah". To gain this achievement, go to "Multiplayer" and then "Army Painter" from the main menu. Click on the green "plus" icon to create a new custom color scheme. Choose anything you like and click "Accept" to receive the achievement.
