This is a Leman Russ looted from the Imperial Guard and remade to be "orky". There's no real difference between the looted or Guard variants; both have the battle cannon and several heavy bolters. These can take a lot of punishment and can be a real nuisance if there are many. To destroy them target them with missiles and other weapons to stay out of range of their bolter fire, in order to prevent your infantry from taking casualties.
